What we do with the information you leave here
This page explains what we collect when you submit the form, why, where it is stored, and what you can ask us to do.
1. What we collect
What you type: name, company, mobile, email, role (visitor / exhibitor / media) and your message. What the server records: submission time, referring page and device type. We do not collect ID or passport numbers, bank details or payment information.
2. What it is used for
Replying to your enquiry, and telling you the dates, venue and exhibiting arrangements. No bulk marketing, and the list is never sold or exchanged.
3. Where it is stored
On our own server, in a protected directory that cannot be downloaded from the public internet. Access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. No cross-site profiling cookies, no advertising retargeting.
5. What you can ask us to do
You can ask to see, correct or delete your record, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to qlpexpo@163.com with your name and mobile number; we respond within ten working days.
